The functions of the Commission are to study and keep under constant review the statutory and other laws comprising the law of the Cayman Islands with a view to its systematic development and reform.

The Law Reform Commission submits for review a Discussion Paper entitled “The Decriminalisation of Suicide”.
A discussion paper entitled “A review of litigation funding in the Cayman Islands - Conditional and Contingency fee agreements”.
This Discussion Paper is prepared in response to a referral by the Honourable Attorney General, dated 30th January, 2018
